Self-hosted · Debian & Ubuntu

Your own hosting platform, on your own server.

LamaCP runs websites, apps, containers, mail, DNS and databases for you, your resellers and their customers. You install it with one command and keep full control.

Free for up to 3 domains. Paid plans from $5 a month.

Everything a hosting business needs

One panel for the server, your resellers and their customers. Each sees only what is theirs.

Websites

Static, PHP (several versions side by side) and reverse-proxy sites on nginx, with free Let's Encrypt certificates that renew themselves.

Apps and containers

Run Node.js, .NET and other apps as services, or Docker containers, each behind its own domain.

Mail

Mailboxes, forwarders and mailing lists with DKIM signing, spam filtering and webmail.

Databases

MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL and MongoDB, with users, a table browser and a query window in the panel.

DNS

Authoritative DNS with PowerDNS, a zone editor and sensible records for every new domain.

Backups

Encrypted, deduplicated backups of sites, mail and databases, to a local disk or any S3 storage.

All features →

Admins, resellers and customers

Sell hosting the way hosting is sold. Resellers get a pool of resources and build packages for their own customers.

Administrator

Runs the server: services, updates, IP addresses, reseller packages and resellers. Signs in as anyone to help them.

Reseller

Has its own domains and a share of the server, makes customer packages and customers, and sees their usage.

Customer

Manages their sites, mail, databases, files and FTP within the limits of their package.

Built to be safe by default

A control panel holds the keys to every site on a server, so LamaCP keeps its power small and its doors closed.

Privilege separation

The panel runs unprivileged. A small root service accepts only a fixed list of operations, and never runs a shell.

Hidden sign-in

The sign-in page sits at a secret address on its own port. Two-factor sign-in with any authenticator app.

Signed updates

Every release is signed. Updates are checked before they install and roll back if the new version does not start.

How LamaCP is secured →

Up and running in minutes

On a fresh Debian 12/13 or Ubuntu 22.04/24.04 server:

curl -fsSL https://releases.lamacp.com/install.sh | sudo bash
  1. Point a domain such as panel.example.com at your server.
  2. Run the command and answer a few questions. It can be run again if interrupted.
  3. Open the address the installer prints and sign in. Add a license key later, or stay on Free.
